The 2015 “AIDS free holidays” campaign was celebrated under the theme “AIDS: chicks say stop”. The National closing ceremony held in Bamenda on Thursday, 10th of September 2015 was organized under the distinguished patronage of Madam Chantal Biya, First lady of Cameroon. Major highlights included handing over of attestations and school packages to trained Peer Educators and visiting of exhibition stands put up by CSO’s in Bamenda working in the HIV/AIDS domain. HEDECS used this opportunity to showcase her engagement in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
